Monteverde has added another spectacular way to experience its famous cloud forest, with Costa Rica’s first glass suspension bridge now forming part of the Sky Walk trail at Treetopia Park.
Stretching approximately 42 metres across the forest and reaching up to 20 metres above the forest floor, the glass bridge offers an exhilarating perspective of the lush landscape below. It forms part of a wider network of six suspension bridges, connected by around 1.7 miles of trails winding through the cloud forest.
As you make your way along the Sky Walk, you’ll move between the treetops, across suspension bridges and through the misty forest canopy. The combination of panoramic views, wildlife and the thrill of walking high above the forest floor makes this a memorable addition to any Monteverde itinerary.
